We’re often asked why we don’t specialise in a destination or type of trip, the truth is our inquisitive nature means we’re always researching new destinations and developing relationships so we can continue to offer a global service for our clients. We specialise instead in our clients and the service we offer is a 'one-stop' for all their travels. Our clients trust we know what makes a great trip for them, we understand the key elements and how best to create a magic combination.

We offer an independent and unbiased approach, utilising our extensive experience, network of contacts and trade affiliations to create the best possible travel experience for you. You'll only ever communicate with one or both of us rather than a host of end suppliers and you'll receive exceptional personal service before, during and after your holiday.

+ DO YOU WORK WITH A VARIETY OF BUDGETS?

On average, our tailor-made itineraries in Europe begin at $1,500 per day inclusive of accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis, some private guiding and transportation for two people. However, every destination is different and pricing can vary depending on the season. For example, our African and South American itineraries begin at $1,500 per person per day, this normally includes all meals, drinks and activities in addition to accommodation and transportation. During high season it's not unusual to experience very high seasonal rates.

+ DO YOU CHARGE A PLANNING FEE?

Our standard planning fee is $750 per travel week for our tailor-made itineraries, this is based on two people travelling. Our fees may vary depending on the complexity of the trip, length of trip, and destination. This will be discussed with you before the planning process begins.

+ CAN YOU BOOK OUR AIRFARE?

Yes, we sell flights as part of a package in the UK through our ATOL bonding (7514) and internationally under our IATA licence (91-2 0005 6). For most destinations, we have a 10% fare surcharge which covers the service of our in-house flights team who handle any changes and cancellations on your behalf. Although, we do not require you to book your air with us. If you prefer to handle your own flights, you will be responsible for any changes or cancellations.

+ DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Travelling with adequate insurance is a condition of booking with us. We have a variety of travel insurance partners who provide the highest level of insurance cover for your holiday and activities. This will be discussed during the planning process.

+ WHAT GUARANTEES DO I HAVE BOOKING WITH YOU?

When booking with us, you can rest assured your money is 100% safe. We understand that the financial security of your holiday is paramount and for this reason we are fully bonded by 360 Private Travel to sell flights and packages under our ATOL licence (7514). We sell airline tickets under our IATA licence (91-2 0005 6) and are also members of Advantage Travel Partnership.

+ WILL I NEED A VISA, AND/OR VACCINATIONS FOR MY HOLIDAY?

We will inform you of any visa and passport requirements and will offer advice on vaccinations required. We recommend that you seek a qualified opinion from your doctor for further inoculation advice. + HOW DO YOU HANDLE FOREIGN CURRENCY AND WILL I EVER HAVE TO PAY MORE THROUGH SURCHARGES?

We are able to invoice in a wide variety of currencies and to avoid exposure to unfavourable currency fluctuations we can confirm a total balance price at the time of booking. The exact exchange rate used depends on the currency and the value of the trip, we will be transparent with you so you can make a decision before you confirm your booking. There are certain circumstances, when booking a villa for example, where we may act as an 'agent' and you will pay the supplier directly in their local currency.

+ WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION DO YOU PROVIDE PRE, DURING, AND POST TRAVEL?

How we communicate is your preference. We are happy to communicate by email, phone, video or Whatsapp. Pre departure, you will always be provided with the 24/7 contact details of our local suppliers who we encourage you to contact first while you're traveling. That being said, one of us will always be available during the daytime hours throughout your trip.

We will share an online form with you, it's very easy to complete and poses a variety of questions intended to get you thinking about what elements make a great trip. You also need to think about what you'd like to spend. We can guide you on this, but it's important so that we can create a memorable itinerary for a price you're comfortable with.
